Founded in 2022 by Jasmine Bapic, REAL BY JASMINE is a consulting enterprise created to inspire, engage and coach those working in the luxury world, who understand the rarified environment they are fortunate enough to inhabit and the innate quality of their artisanal creations.

Subtle details reveal REAL values such the company name itself, an acronym meaning;
“Retail Excellence And Leadership”.

Similarly, the Founder’s dual Swiss and American identity is intrinsically linked to REAL’s ethos: informed by both these distinct cultures, its aim is to provide reciprocal translation of the values of one for the other, particularly in luxury retail.

The scope of REAL’s operations was imagined accordingly, to exclusively service companies based in or across those two markets. In either location, clients can expect three levels of service making up REAL’s offering: coaching retail and CX teams as well as event management.

Above all, REAL’s approach is just as authentic, unpretentious and personal as its name suggests, ultimately with the goal of unlocking potential, sometimes where it is least expected.

REAL is the culmination of several decades’ worth of experience, discovery and personal quest. The values expressed thanks to these years of wisdom offer an opening into its founder’s path.
